Fantastic location and dog friendly was amazing! Views were unbeatable as well. Host was very accommodating to last minute changes

Good experience all around. Close to the Palisades where I spent a few days skiing with my two sons. Also close to Tahoe City where we sampled a few of the restaurants and enjoyed a walk along the lake. Snow and ice can be a bit of an issue on the exterior stairs of the house because we were there during a stretch of time where there was snow followed by freezing rain. But inside it was cozy. Beds comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us.

Felt right at home! The space was so clean, and homey - and hosts were super responsive. Was the best way to spend New Years with my friends. Also, backyard is great for a well trained pup as it is super fenced! Def would come back.

Great location near Truckee downtown and Northstar. House is well stocked, chef’s kitchen and spacious for 8 people. Pay for access to club house - great gym, cafe, hot tub, outdoor swimming pool (closed in winter).

The Rustic Retreat was very clean and in good condition. It was the perfect size for 2 families of four. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the abundant towels and linens. There were even sleds in the garage for the kids to play with. We liked this home a lot and would book it again without hesitation.
