This is a great Tahoe Donner property, comfortable, nicely furnished, in a great location. You won't be disappointed.

We loved staying at the Bear's Lair - worth every penny. The space was comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, location was just what we wanted. We will be staying there again!

Comfortable, well stocked home. Very clean. Porch setting very good in the late afternoon at this time of year. A little instruction relating to TV - video set-up would be nice. Also, a coded front door lock, not a lockbox that is difficult to open. The new coded boxes we are seeing a lot of, are much easier to use and can be set to the last four digits of the renter's phone number.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bear's Lair. We spent 2 weekends there and each time the place was clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked the warm welcoming feel the whole place has. It's super cozy and a great place to relax after a full day of skiing. I would strongly recommend it.

Amazing house in beautiful Tahoe Donner! Kitchen could not be better appointed, linens, furnishings and hot tube were all outstanding. So cozy watching the snow fall with the wood stove burning. Great wifi, tvs, cable, and extra touches abound.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Bear’s Lair. The house was cozy and clean and so well stocked with home essentials. It was a great location right in the middle of Tahoe Donner and so close to town. We enjoyed the serene wooded backyard and had fun building a snowman right off the back deck. The hot tub was great after snow-time too! Everyone in the fam - my husband and I and our two girls (10 &12)- agreed it was our favorite VRBO we have been to and we can’t wait to book again soon!
