Great Place, nice neighborhood, beautiful park/beach to use at the lake. Close to all activities.

This was a great house for our family for a few days of spring skiing. The house was well-stocked with all the necessities and very clean and quiet. The location was great and we loved the view of the lake through the trees. We also appreciated that all communication was super quick and friendly. We highly recommend this spot and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful house in a great location with easy access to Tahoe City and Palisades. Would recommend for a great ski weekend. We had three couples and it was the perfect size and location. Kitchen is well equipped and the house has a great hot tub to relax in as well.

We had a great family vacation at Silver Tip! Nice updated home with a great deck, jacuzzi and lake view through some trees. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans. We would have liked a bit more cleaning agents for countertops and toilets to keep our space clean while we were there. Not enough provided. Plenty of towels and linens. Tahoe Getaways was very responsive when we had an issue with the dryer and had someone come out right away to address the problem. The place was spacious and plenty big for 6 adults. We enjoyed the lake views while dining outside on the deck. The pictures of this place are very accurate. Great stay overall!

Silver Tip is a great cabin in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake views from the deck. It is close to many hiking trails especially Paige Meadows and just 5 mins from Tahoe City. The cabin is nicely decorated with an updated well stocked kitchen, and updated bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable beds with plenty of linens and slept 6 comfortably. The deck has a hot tub and a good selection of furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views of the lake,
The WiFi was great, as unfortunately one of our group had a work while we were there.
We did encounter a few issues with the hot tub and dishwasher, but Tahoe Getaways were great! They were very easy to work with, quick responses and great communication. They sent regular status updates. Fantastic customer service!
Note: While the HOA lake side does not typically allow dogs, I guess they make an exception during the quite times as there were signs that dogs were allowed so we enjoyed a few sunsets on the beach with our dog.
I would highly recommend this property and Tahoe Getaways.

Our stay here was delightful. The cabin was just the right size with all the right amenities and touches. Extended stay or quick get away, this will do the trick!
