This place is great. Stayed here twice with my family (once in winter, once in summer) and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Beautiful modern but cozy, open and airy home. Well appointed kitchen had everything we needed to make full meals. Quiet neighborhood that’s only a short 10min drive to town, Donner Lake, hiking and other recreation. Will definitely make a tradition of staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully designed home! With four bedrooms spread out over three levels, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and made for a perfect gathering space.As a chef, I was particularly impressed with the kitchen—it was not only fully stocked with everything we needed, but also included some high-end gadgets and an induction cooktop! Cooking here was truly a joy.Every room in the house is thoughtfully decorated, with charming details throughout (don’t miss the adorable wallpaper in the guest bathroom!). The laundry room was super convenient, and all the bathrooms featured luxurious Toto bidet toilets. The master suite was a standout, complete with a spa-like bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and separate shower.We also took full advantage of the homeowners association perks. The private beach at Donner Lake was a highlight—complete with chairs, kayak and SUP rentals, and even a cafe and bar! The athletic club was equally impressive, and we loved ending our evenings with a soak in the hot tub under the stars. To top it all off, we even spotted a bobcat in the backyard. This home exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to come back!
