Very comfortable home in convenient neighborhood - close to lake with access to gorgeous HOA park/beach on Lake Tahoe. Also, close to hiking/biking trails just a few blocks away. Home had everything we needed.

Awesome place! Hosts were very communicative, and a great spot to stay when going to Palisades.

Our family of four had a great visit to 145 Timber. We ate out in Tahoe City and Tahoma and snowboarded at Homewood. The neighborhood is in a great location and offered amazing views of the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and cozy! Great location perched on top of the hill, 8 minutes from downtown Tahoe City
