Lovely home in nice, quiet neighborhood. Needs a “refresh”- *deck furniture is stained and old. CABINETS ACROSS FROM SINK:
* Hinges loose on right door
* Drawer pull stripped
MISC:
* No beach towels found; only 8 bath towels for 10 people
* No deck umbrella found
** Previous renters left their TEN BAGS of garbage in the garage bc bear cans were full. We disposed of all the bags with the trash truck
* It would be nice to provide some outdoor activities- like corn hole,etc
*No book with general info about house, area etc map of lake
* Guests remarked about cheap toilet paper, paper towels
*Waste cans in rooms are too small
* No mention of many stairs, some are very steep and unmarked-2 falls
* No lake view

This home is absolutely beautiful. The finishes are very nice and it is very clean. We stayed there with our kids and two littles and it had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is a wonderful gathering spot with plenty of room and the decks made for lovely evenings with wine and appetizers. We are looking forward to booking this home again as it was conveniently located near the beach, grocery and downtown. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The house was amazing and very spacious for our family of 10. The house was in quite neighborhood and close to all the shops and restaurants in King's Beach. The huge kitchen and dinning table was prefect for multiple people cooking in the kitchen. The huge refrigerator was really well appreciated to fit enough groceries for a family of 10 cooking 4 meals and there was room for all 10 at the dinning table. The garage was big enough to fit 2 cars and 2 Ebikes in between the 2 cars with plenty of space to still move around freely in the garage. One of the sides of the garage was long enough to fit my truck with my Ebike rack down, so if we wanted to, we did not have to unload the Ebikes from the rack in order to park my truck in the garage.

Great place to stay would do it again
