Lovely cabin. We enjoyed the location, house layout, and hot tub.

Beautiful interior, newly updated kitchen with great room and fireplace. Bonus game room below with sleeping quarters and hot tub out the back deck.
Driveway is steep and would recommend 4WD if going during the winter time.

Super clean and gorgeous house near Tahoe and other ski resorts.

Loved our stay here. We were surprised at how well stocked the house was in spite of the pandemic. Another delight was the comfortable beds, abundant supply of towels, silverware, plates, dishes, vitamix, and some children's items for toddlers. The floor plan was comfortable and spacious for a large family. Trout Creek Rec center was incredible and so was the Marina Beach. We had such a wonderful time and can't thank you enough, owners of Cottonwood and the helpful staff at Tahoe Properties for making this a true vacation for all!!!!

Cottonwood Place was immaculate! We had 6 adults and all of us has plenty of space. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was sparkly clean and the homely, high end appliances were a nice touch. Just 30 mins to the north shore and down the street from lake Donner, the location was perfect. Note: this homes does not have air conditioning but it does have a central fan system and plenty of stand fans for each bedroom. We had no problem keeping cool even during the high of the day. We hope to back again soon!

Had a great stay at Cottonwood Place! Was a perfect house for our little family of 4. Nice, clean, warm and cozy.
