We loved our stay! Terrific location, a great hot tub, lots of space for our family and another family and children. Our only issue was a lack of towels-- there were no wash clothes and only 6 bath towels. With folks hot tubbing and showering after outdoor activities, we ended up needing to constantly put them in the dryer and had to wash them. Also, if you plan to cook in at the house, bring all your supplies. Some houses have staples like salt, oil, pepper, some spices, but you'll need to bring your own (except salt-- we ended up buying a container and left what we didn't use!)

This house was perfect for 3 couples and an infant. It was even bigger than we expected based on the photos. Great neighborhood in Truckee, and we had a blast cross country skiing nearby! Thanks for a wonderful weekend stay.

This property is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and what was our most important criteria, SPARKLING clean!! It is located, literally, in walking distance to Donner Ski resort, in a beautiful neighborhood! The house itself has spectacular high ceiling, a great layout downstairs with two separate gathering areas, a big high resolution screen for family movie nights and if kids want to watch something of their own, there is another equally huge TV screen in the kid's room upstairs where they can rule :) !! The upstairs bedrooms are very comfortable and the special kid's room has also a well equipped office! The masterpiece of them all of course is the grand master bedroom downstairs that has it's own king size bathroom with shower and spa tub and the fireplace that is just the cherry on the cake! The kitchen is gorgeous, with all the essentials and high end appliances. Due to the pandemic there were no spices, condiments or anything perishable! We knew ahead of time and brought along everything we needed for our cooking! Of course the outdoor hot tub in the winter chill was something we LOVED! This property exceeded our expectations and was a beautiful place to have a peaceful family vacation! Our party was our family of 4 only, but this house can easily accommodate a much bigger group! So happy with this find and will definitely come back!
