Since we booked the place, Tahoe Getaways customer service was excellent. Helped me instantly on a couple occasions and also were communicative during our stay. The location of this house is great. Right next to town. Did a good job clearing streets and driveway during a snow storm. Property was nice with big bedrooms. The great room was a nice area to hang around with the family as well. Would stay here again.

It was a great location across from Northstar. The only issue was the difficulty adjusting the air conditioning. The lower floor was freezing, the middle continuously changed from hot to cold and the third floor was too hot to sleep and if you opened the door and window as suggested with the fan it was hard to sleep because of the noise outside even during the night. Otherwise all was fine!

The Village Walk Townhome was perfect. It was in a great location and allowed us to walk to the Northstar Village and walk to the trails for hiking. The house had everything we needed and the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom was a plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Townhouse was as advertised. We enjoyed it so much and hope to return in the future.
