Great house. We were able to walk out the back door and go sledding with the little kids (and the big kids)! Very convienient to Kings Beach for grocery shopping and eating out. House was clean, well appointed, lots of room and very comfortable. Lots of stairs! The Tahoe Getaway people were great at every step of the way! We will use them again for sure and hope to stay here again sometime.

The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Everything is perfect! Great location, great house, close to everything.

Our family of six adults and three children had plenty of room in this beautiful house. It was quiet and beautiful, with really nice touches in the high quality cookware and excellent shared spaces. Five minute drive to King's Beach, and a 2 minute drive to the trailhead of the Tahoe Rim Trail. We loved it! We would definitely stay there again.

Fully stocked, beautifully appointed, couldn't ask for anything more! Lovely setting, jacuzzi, large social spaces...terrific! Will come back again:)

IT WAS GREAT, I THINK HAVING EXTRA GARBAGE AREA BE GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE STAYING FOR A WEEK AND YOUR BACK DECK RAILLING IS VERY LOSE,MAYBE TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT IT BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. WE LOVED IT AND BE BACK SOON
