1.a big surprise when we arrived and saw the type of neighborhood we were staying. We felt no sure of the safeness of the area. 2. traffic pattern showed on stairs and hallway rugs very dirty. 3.3 tall glasses and 3 juice glasses. We had to wash glasses each day in order to have juice in am and a cocktail in pm. Plenty of wine glasses. garage door opener s0 one of us had to close the door from the garage then lock the front door and then go down front steps. this would not be convient in the winter.

It is in a fantastic location: walking distance to beach/park, the farmers market, grocery stores and restaurants. Our two kids loved the bunk beds and switched nightly on who got the top bunk. We had several different parts of our families come up for a night and there was plenty of room. This house is fantastic and we’d recommend it for anyone.

Overall the house is in very good condition and is in a great location for being able to walk into Tahoe City and to the lake. We did have a couple of problems. There were no wash cloths in the house when we originally got there. Had to call property management to get some brought to the house the following day. There were no sheets available for the pull out couch on the lower level. Had to sleep on it one night without any because it wasn't discovered until after hours. The outside of the property needs to be cleaned up. There were 3 towels just laying in the weeds outside the back of the house. The area around the house just needed to be generally cleaned up and the weeds cut down. Overall though, we had a great stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

The flow of the home made it easy for our family to spend time together, the beds were comfortable, and all the necessities were in place. By the end of our stay, we were planning our next trip.

We were within walking distance to the market and downtown. Would definitely rent the cabin again.
