Amazing location and all we needed for an incredible family getaway. Tahoe never disappoints!

The house and guest house were very nice and very well outfitted. We enjoyed our stay with waterfront beach access and a beautiful view. The problems we experienced related to a recent renovation to the house. The floor plan and write-up on Airbnb did not reflect the renovated floor plan. We were expecting a “bonus room”, but it had been converted into a bathroom (which was very nice). Unfortunately, we needed that space for a sleeping area for young children utilizing pack n plays, so 5 young children ended up in one room. With the correct information, we would not have rented this house. Also, the owners had installed a new water cut-off system so we were without water for 10 hours on the first day. The management company did not know, so they sent out the city instead of a plumber right away. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the future. Not much of an apology or any kind of perk was offered by the management company for these issues.

This home was cozy and perfect for our small family, however could have easily slept many more. The view of the lake is worth the price alone. Such a stunning location and the home is adorable. Looking forward to booking again!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family weekend getaway! Host was timely and consistent in responses with a ready-made guide to local attractions, resources, and clear check-in/check-out instructions - never felt like I was left hanging whenever I had questions. Full view of the lake from the back deck and dining room window which is stunning, made my amateur photographer father very happy! We stayed in February and really appreciated the thoughtful winter-ready amenities like space heaters in the upstairs rooms, extra quilts, and heated mats on the walkway leading up to the front door outside. EV charging a plus as well. Parking a bit tricky with a small driveway (have to park back to front if more than one vehicle) but honestly with all the pluses, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Overall a family-friendly Airbnb for kiddos and older family members alike, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

ne of the best house we’ve ever stayed in. Customer service was on top and easy to get hold of. Spot was right on shore with private beach access. The view from kitchen and living room is just spectacular. Will definitely come back this summer. Thank you so much for beautiful experience Tahoe Gateway LLC—SK was amazing.

Perfect location ! Views of the lake out the windows were incredible. The private beach was wonderful for both the kids and adults. We will be back!
