Beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood, and if you squint between the trees you can even see Lake Tahoe. Home was as described, though as other reviewers have pointed out the upstairs insulation leaves a little bit to be desired. I stayed in the winter and this wasn't an issue because the host provided space heaters for each bedroom, but I would probably not want to sleep upstairs if visiting during a heat wave.

Overall our stay was good, very clean and the back yard was nice full of snow everyone enjoyed it especially my fur baby Loui! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

The place was exactly as described and pristinely clean! Our whole group had an amazing time and it was the perfect location for us. Such a relaxing and quiet space! Tahoe Getaways were very responsive and helped us promptly with all our needs. Would stay again!

Our stay was fantastic! A group of 10, including a toddler, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and easy to locate—great appliances and kitchen tools. The Internet works flawlessly. Cozy rooms, especially in winter, though upstairs can be colder—extra blankets and a heater were provided. It was the perfect location for our Northstar ski trip, just 10 minutes away. Excellent communication; the management team is proactive with lots of helpful information. We're definitely planning to return!

My family of six people stayed here in September, 2023. The location was perfect (easy drive to Kings Beach), and we also drove down the coast to South Lake Tahoe within an hour drive--hitting a few towns/scenes along the way. The house was clean and well stocked with the cooking/comforts we needed. Would stay here again if our travels take us back to North Lake Tahoe

Pros..
Great house- nice layout, well appointed kitchen, up-to-date bathrooms, cute and comfortable furniture, Good mattresses, two TVs, porch easily doubles the living space in the summer, lovely surroundings, Ping pong and laundry in the garage, good grill. Had 4 adults and 4 kids for a few days of the trip and it worked great.
Nice neighborhood- mostly quiet residential, close to beaches and restaurants in the area.
Great hosts- We had an issue with the internet and one of the TVs. They were friendly and professional in all communication and replaced the TV during our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed out stay at the house and are appreciative for the chance to rent the house.
Cons...
We were there end of June/First week of July and it was HOT upstairs. We had the fans running and the windows open almost the whole time. No air conditioning.
