This is the getaway for all the day to day noise and life. Sit at the deck and mediate for hours. Chef kitchen to feed the whole family and enjoy a glass of wine with the star.

This is one of the few vacation rentals we've opted to stay at multiple times. Such a clean and pretty home in one of the best locations in Tahoe Donner (we've stayed all over the map within the subdivision). The view is gorgeous in any season, the layout of the house is great, the bedrooms are spacious and the home actually has adequate hooks for wet towels, bathing suits, etc. (this is a peeve of mine when it comes to homes with hot tubs or pools, so this stands out as a small but much-appreciated perk, ha). Really appreciate that Tahoe Getaways actually has real people responding to check-in texts and answering their phones during business hours. We'll definitely be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location within Tahoe Donner is excellent — secluded and quiet but not tucked too far away up the mountain. And the view is breathtaking. We’ve stayed all over Tahoe Donner before and never knew this meadow existed. Absolutely gorgeous. Beds are super comfy (even in the kids room!), kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was clean and easy to operate and our girls loved the bunk room. Plenty of room to accommodate an extra family, if we were traveling with friends, too. We had to call Tahoe Getaways with one check-in issue (which was 1000% user error on my part) and they answered right away and were helpful and friendly. We’d absolutely return.

Great place for a weekend getaway! About a 20-30 minute drive to Northstar depending on traffic.
