This Truckee oasis has truly become my home away from home. As the Executive Director of the Truckee Pro Rodeo, I spend long, demanding days at McIver Arena, and for the last two years this spot has been my rodeo retreat. The house is always spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and in a premier location that makes it easy to slip between work and a much-needed recharge.
The hot tub, in particular, is a lifesaver—after 12 hours in cowboy boots, it’s where I finally get to exhale and reset. Every stay feels like the perfect balance of comfort and convenience during one of the busiest weekends of my year.
I couldn’t be more grateful for this space, and I’ll be back year after year.

Perfect layout for families! Everything was as advertised. They even had tissues stocked throughout the house, which is hard to find at Airbnbs these days. Would definitely recommend!

Great house and great location. Easy access to town and resorts, well appointed kitchen, and the hot tub was perfect for recovering after a long day of skiing!

Beautiful house close to downtown. We had a group of 6 adults, and there was plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. And we took full advantage of the hot tub every day. It was a great place. Ideally located between Northstar and Palisades.

The house was clean and easy to access. Lots of towels and linen. Great location!
We will definitely return next year. Tahoe Getaways LLC is very responsive, helpful and easy to work with.
