Very cozy cabin getaway near North Star. Hot tub was a huge plus!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the high quality furnishings. House was very clean and well stocked, you can tell the owner stays here regularly, which is nice that it’s not a shell rental. Bed was very comfortable!
I wish that the listing details were not generic/more helpful. I realize Tahoe Getaways manages over 300 properties but at the price you’re charging, it would be nice if you provided accurate information.
Things that would have been helpful to know:
- Fireplace: It’s gas, no need for firewood despite what the listing says.
- Coffee: There is a grinder and drip coffee maker + original Nespresso Machine. No pods were provided.
- Toiletries: No shampoo or conditioner are provided. No hair dryer that we found either.
Overall the townhouse is very comfortable, well furnished and support was great. It’s a shame about the late & early check-in/out times. Industry standard is 3 & 11. Based on the price, you should really reconsider this.

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful home with beautiful views! I appreciate that this place was so thoughtfully stocked with supplies! The upgraded amenities in the home were a real treat! Home is close to the Downtown and worth a stay!
