It’s was so nice. Everything was perfect. Everything was nice and clean.

Nice place. Downstairs has a bonus room with ping pong table. Well stocked kitchen too. Bring your own basketball if you wanna play.

We stayed here with another family (3 people). It was a great layout and great location. Downstairs room was nice for the kids to watch TV in at the end of the day. We stay in Tahoe Donner every year so we are super familiar with the area. House was exceptionally clean and appreciated the minimalism. Just a few things. The beds were TERRIBLE!! ( & I am NOT picky) Especially the downstairs queen. Literally would have been better off sleeping on the floor. The master was clean, spacious but the bed wasn't much better than downstairs. The bunk bed room had the best of the options. Second, I think the dryer is going bad. Upon our arrival the towels were damn and musky so we had to use the pool towels we brought ( not that big of a deal). However as we did laundry throughout the stay I noticed the dryer needed to be ran a few cycles. Maybe this could be passed to the owner. We would stay here again! I love the cleanliness. Thanks.

We had a very nice stay over Thanksgiving. kitchen was great. The hot tub and ping pong table were just as described. The place had lots of amenities for kids that weren't on the listing which was super helpful. Would definitely go back again.

This was a wonderful house with everything you could need for a mountain getaway. Very peaceful and well appointed.

We had a lovely stay at Cottonwood Place. The Cabin was nice and very clean. We would love to stay here again!
