This place was very conveniently located. Everything was clean and the house was spacious. The pool table and hot tub were the selling points for us on renting this place, and they didn’t disappoint! We were minutes from both Safeway and Donner Lake, which was very convenient. The host was pretty responsive and allowed for earlier check in as available. A few things that were inconvenient, there was no hand-soap in the bathrooms. It was also very hot in the house most of the day. There is no A/C and the fans didn’t do enough to keep it cool. It did cool off early, around 7pm, which made for a nice time in the hot tub. The hot tub cover was extremely difficult to get back on, due to the hot tub being close to the house, it went between the hot tub and house and got stuck. We had to use a lot of force to get it back up and onto the hot tub. The doors to the bedrooms also slam very easily, and you have to be cautious about closing them. Overall, it was a nice place.

We had a fantastic time staying at the dogwoods cabin! The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the shower pressure was great. Two very important things for me and my wife. The front has one of the only grass yards in the neighborhood which was great for us and our dog. The backyard had a nice deck and the privacy created by the trees was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and host.

We loved your beautiful home! It was the perfect size for our family of six and our pup. The beds were all super cozy and the house was very open. Plenty of room for all of us to cozy up and watch a movie and even play some card games at the large dining room table. We couldn't find any horse shoes in the home, so we bought our own to play and had a great time! We enjoyed using the beautiful hot tub as well. The only suggestion I would make is to change the kitchen sink out because it's not well designed. You don't have much room to wash your dishes on the side where the garbage disposal is. Water pressure is also very low as well and could be a little bit more. We were also told the garbage would be picked up that Tuesday morning, but it never was picked up. We did not ever have the garbage box blocked, due to your instructions. There was plenty of room, but thought I would mention it for any future issues. Great place and we would love to come back and visit next year! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The over all experience was excellent and met our needs. The house was beautiful! Definitely will be coming back to Tahoe Donner!

Awesome house just as advertised. Plenty of room for my wife and I, 2 kids and 2 grandkids ( well behaved dog!). Large master bedroom plus living space for toddlers. Appreciated the hot tub and pool table which were well used. Plus liked the large kitchen with an eclectic batch of utensils and multiple appliances. Minor suggestion to provide more dish towels and/or laundry detergent. Prompt communication with management company. Also appreciated prompt snow plowing after heavy snow fall.
