We had a wonderful time at this cabin which was very comfortable and clean. We cooked every night and appreciated the good kitchen cookware and barbecue. The hot tub was lovely. We appreciated the reminders about watching out for bears and not leaving any doors open because we saw at least one bear near the property every day. What a truly warm, welcoming cabin!!

Our family loved the home! Beautiful decor, hot tub, privacy and spacious home. Close to everything in Tahoe! Great communication with Tahoe Getaways. Highly recommend this property!

What a beautiful and spacious cabin! My family had the best winter wonderland vacation here. The location was perfect for our non-skiing group. We went on a walk through the snow on the forest trail just outside the back door! Unforgettable!
The house is gorgeous and is the perfect match of modern fixtures and classic log cabin. The hot tub and sauna were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed. The native art was nice, but tucked out of the way so the children in our group didn’t need to worry. We also appreciated the games chest!
Some pro tips for future guests…
*The hot tub’s circuit breaker is on the side of the house. It’s common for a hot tub to blow a fuse, we learned.
*The gas burner chefs stove is great but the oven does not heat to reliable temperatures
*Don’t hesitate to reach out to Tahoe Getaways. They were very responsive and helpful!

It family of four has a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for the while family to stretch out. The sauna and hot tub were both very nice. We’d love to visit this listing again in the future!

Pretty much everything you’d want for a vacation rental. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, convenient hot tub. The only negative I can think of is that there are large signs on literally everything - from “do not touch the dolls” to “wipe your feet” to “close the shower curtain and adjust the shower head to not get water on the floor” to a reminder of the price and number of flatware in the kitchen. In many ways, I get it. But there may be a way to post reminders in a less obtrusive way? I felt like my grandmother was following me around the entire time. It was a great running joke, but some people may feel uncomfortable.
