This is our second time at this beautiful home. It is spacious enough for families to spread out and has lots of good areas for hanging out. The hot tub view is amazing and the bedrooms are comfortable. Some areas where it could improve include have better kitchen tools (no crock pot, no mixer, very few pans, no large serving spoons), so if you plan to cook a lot, bring a lot of your own tools. There is also very bare minimum pantry essentials (there was no olive oil when we arrived), so plan on just salt and pepper. The location can't be beat and the view is magical. We loved our time together here in this beautiful home.

A great house and a great host

The house was great, the layout allowed for all guest to have privacy. The views of Donner are fabulous.

House is great. The view is amazing. House is well made with high end flooring, doors, appliances, & showers. Our daughter got married at the Lodge so it was perfect for our needs.

The house was just as advertised: beautiful; expansive; comfortable; well-structured; with two decks and an unbelievable view of Donner Lake. One issue we had: the house was very minimally stocked with bath towels; paper towels, TP, and silverware; we actually had to go out and buy these items ourselves, much to our dismay. That said, we would definitely rent that same house again. We have great memories and the views are etched into our brains!

This place was amazing! Our group of 10 had so much fun and had plenty of room and enjoyed beautiful views! Will stay again!
