We shared this home with another family and it was a great setup for us: two primary bedrooms for the parents and the kids were able to share the two other bedrooms. The house is spacious, the foosball table was fun to have and we enjoyed the sauna too. The house is a short drive to downtown Tahoe City and the neighborhood was quiet. Would rent again.

Very comfortable and convenient spot to ski Northstar or Palisades. Dollar Point is a great neighborhood.

Great place! We had a fantastic time here. Loved the fully stocked kitchen.

This house is in a gorgeous neighborhood, and a close drive to lots of fun activities in town. Dollar Point no longer allows short term renters to use the Dollar Point beach, something that wasn't mentioned in the listing nor was it mentioned in the information at the house. This meant that we had to walk 25 minutes to the beach, or drive there, which we weren't anticipating.
The house was quite dusty when we arrived -- knick knacks and decorative items had cobwebs and dust. Nevertheless, the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The rental company helped us attentively when we had an issue with the smoke detectors. Overall, a wonderful stay.
