We came to stay at Red cedar for 4 weeks over new year / January from Australia . My husband was adamant we were staying that long after staying only three nights last Christmas with friends in the same house. We skied everyday and had afternoon walks down by the lake and a visit to Safeway for all our needs. Everything being just a walk down the road makes it the perfect location especially for our two kids to feel they could wonder about on their own as well. The house is warm and comfortable with a large open living area but still having areas where the kids could escape and watch TV. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed during our 4 week stay. I’m sure we I’ll be back.

Wonderful stay in Red Cedar, house was very clean and nice. Only issue was master bathtub jets blew out lots of dirt/dust.
Very quiet neighborhood, family friendly, barking dogs etc. The neighboring homes are a bit of a dump (literally, next door house is LITTERED in "stuff"/garbage).... but you can't beat the location (walking distance to Safeway, CVS & coffee shops.
My friends and I would definitely stay here again!

We love this place! We've expected quite a lot before our trip, but what we got was even better! We got phone call confirmation before our trip, and we had absolutely no trouble in communication. The cabin is so spacious, and everyone of us found something we love in there! The rooms are clean and cozy, and kitchen is fully equipped with every cookware we needed (except a baking pan perhaps, but not a big deal lol). The cabin is so close to the lake, safeway and all those dining spots. I can't find any fault with this trip. Thanks so much!
