Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such an amazing stay! Stayed thurs-mon Sep 24-28th. We were so excited for our trip that 2 nights before we contacted owner/management ( both were ALWAYS responsive and so kind to answer all of our questions) to see if we could go up early and add a night and they were so prompt and accommodating. We had also emailed them the night before we were suppose to check out to again add an additional night because we didn't want to leave this house and they again were so great to accommodate us. We had never rented a home before but thought with so many people it would be best to find a home instead of a hotel. We had 12 adults (no children) staying and everyone ended up fitting perfectly in the beds, we didn't even have to use the pull out couch in the master bedroom. Plenty of towels and linens ( pack your own beach towels if you plan to go to the lake though ). By the way, the master bedroom has the most incredible view. It was such a treat to wake up to that it was hard to get out of bed! The house was as described and very clean, with a whole easy to follow guide about the house and about the area. Hot tub was ready to go at the perfect temperature. I enjoyed that I could watch TV in the living room and watch the sunset from the two huge windows on either side of the TV. The location is so close to downtown which has great restaurants and shopping, Safeway is right down the road which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this home and its location is just perfect for anything you plan on doing. We originally planned to go to Kings beach but after taking a drive around the entire lake and spotting Sand Harbor beach with the huge boulders and clear blue water, it was such a beautiful and peaceful spot so we spent 2 days at that beach relaxing and kayaking. Go to Fire Sign Cafe its a must for breakfast! Fat Cat is also a great choice and its in walking distance from the home. Overall, couldn't have been happier with the stay and want to go back already!

The deck with grill, hot tub, dining table, and lounge chairs were wonderful. You can see the lake through the trees. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to spread out. The location was great to walk into Tahoe City (you get a cardio workout coming back up the hill!), and easy car travel to north and south beaches. The neighborhood is pretty quite and relaxing. The only thing we wished we had was a bigger frying pan to make big group breakfasts (eggs, pancakes). I would have bought one for the house, but couldn't find one in nearby stores. Plenty of dishes, utensils, spices, etc. It was a great week, I highly recommend this house!

The big kitchen and dining room were great for us to cook and hang out in, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Loved that it was close to town so we could walk to eat, shop, etc! Would definitely recommend to friends and hope to visit again!

We rented this home for the week of our wedding, and this is where the bride and bridesmaids got ready. The house is in the perfect location, within walking distance to all of the shops in Tahoe City and the lake. The house had plenty of space and a lake view. We had a great experience and would definitely like to rent this property again.
