Large, beautiful open spaces. I cannot suggest this place enough. The folks from Tahoe Getaways are really responsive and easy to get in touch with, and every step of the way they’re professional. The home really is a short walk from Tahoe City, where there’s quite a bit to do. I can’t say enough good things about our stay there.

Reviewer Comments: There were 9 of us - my husband and me, our daughter and son-in-law and our 5 grandchildren, triplets age 12, grandson age 11 and grandson age 3. The place was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for all of us. We liked the comfort and relative solitude in the master bedroom on the upper floor. Our daughter and husband also had their own room and bathroom on the middle floor. 3 of the kids fit in the bunk room and two shared the sofa downstairs. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect. We could all walk to town and Commons Beach. The kids loved swimming in the lake every day. The big kids decided that our Tahoe trip was the best trip ever so far. I am a bit worried about meeting their high expectations on future family vacations.

We were able to walk to the main street of Tahoe City where all the cute shops and restaurants are. The only complaint is that the Wi-fi wouldn't work but we survived!!
