Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable and it was generally well equipped. The hot tub was great. Our only complaint was that we asked Tahoe Getaways early on for a small table to be used with the 6 chairs provided on the front deck. Sadly they did not mange to do that. We were very pleasantly surprised at how close the house was to the beach and to a Safeway store.

This years break from the daily routine was relaxing and fun-filled as always. The Agatam Retreat fit our needs in every way and there was plenty of space for everyone to move about. The Agatam Retreat had all of the necessary items and creature comforts. The only negatives were that the bunk beds down stairs were sized for little kids and the garage doors were more narrow that average. But, we are flexible and were able to work around these issues.

Had a awesome time last summer. It was walking distance to the beach and if you wanted to the store. I would recommend this place to family and friends and I hoping to stay there again this summer if it is open.

Agatam retreat was just the right place for our extended family to getaway for a weekend. It housed four families and a dog comfortably. Kids loved the bunk beds downstairs. The spacious family ,kitchen and dining area gave us room to spend time together in one place. The place was clean and well maintained. Its proximity to the beaches, safe residential neighborhood, and in the middle of the woods ambience was very attractive.
