We had a wonderful stay! I'm sure this property is equally beautiful in the spring and summer - it sits on a large lot with a huge fenced area. Great hot tub, comfortable beds, gorgeous private setting with a beautiful peekaboo view through the trees. Close to Tahoe City and easy to get to and from. Great stay.

Great house for a long stay. Pristine hot tub, kitchen is fully equipped for large meals and garage is big enough to get a full size truck plus another sedan vehicle. House has a wall Tesla charger, bring your J1772 adapter if needed. Main bedroom has remote blinders, great to start your day with a lot of sunlight. Sonos speakers are great, you can AirPlay from an iPhone or Apple device, no need to download any additional app.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful & very clean. We walked 5minutes away to go ice skating. We walked 15 minutes to downtown Truckee and 15 minutes to the Raleys -- it's a great location. The kitchen was really well outfitted, including a food processor and large roasting pan that came in handy. I wish that the bedding wasn't synthetic, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

The Rustic Retreat was very clean and in good condition. It was the perfect size for 2 families of four. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the abundant towels and linens. There were even sleds in the garage for the kids to play with. We liked this home a lot and would book it again without hesitation.

this was a perfect place for our ski trip! so close to the slopes, very cozy. and tons of fun games to play with the family. I hope we can make it back soon!
