Booked this place for a group of friends (lots of dudes, two couples, mid-20's). For what we were looking for, it was perfect. Large house w/ lots of beds.
The top floor is where we spent most of our time. It had a deck with a hot tub outside, monstrous kitchen/dining/living area, and two bedrooms (Master w/ Queen. Bedroom w/ Queen). The master shower has two shower heads on opposing sides, no more freezing in the corner while your girlfriend hogs the hot water.
The middle floor is fairly boring. A living room which we never used and two bedrooms. One had a Queen and the other had two bunk beds (Adult sized) and is what we labeled the "fart dungeon"; it was perfect for filling in lots of single guys in close proximity. The combination of no showering, meaty farts, and beer burps made for pleasant ambiance and tingled the senses.
We also spent a lot of time on the bottom floor. There is another bedroom (One Queen), a bathroom, and the rest is an entertainment area. TV, Sega Genesis (w/ Mortal Kombat), Foosball table, and a Pool table.
The garage had an extra full sized fridge to store beer, food, etc.
Decent backyard with a grassy area. Also, a nice swing off to the right side in between some trees.
Overall, a great experience to get away and catch up with friends. The bunk beds allowed us to bring lots of single friends and the larger beds accommodated the couples and XL singles.
ONE WARNING. This is for people who might not know the Tahoe area very well. You are on west shore and gas stations/entertainment/stores are on either the south or north shore (Approximately, 40 min drive either way). This makes for the longest beer runs in your life. Again, if you are just trying to chill and enjoy the house (Do a Costco run and load up before hand), this place is great. If you are trying to see the sites of Tahoe, go gambling, or want to be closer to "civilization", you might want to take this into consideration.
