The Agatam Retreat is very well maintained. The kitchen has all the things we needed. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms were clean, the water was hot and the overall condition of the house is excellent. The owners have taken efforts to have lot of utensils and the master bedroom even had a mac for us to use. We had a wonderful get together in the spacious family room. Safeway is close and the walk to the lake is 5 minutes. What a relaxing place this is. We had a great time and I highly recommend this property.

We stayed in the Agatam Retreat over Labor Day weekend. There were 6 of us in the house (4 adults and two young children), and we had plenty of space. The home is in a great location and it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time in the home and would definitely stay here again. The folks at the management company were very responsive and easy to work with on the reservation details.

This place is wonderful. The only discomfort was that there were no kitchen towels or wash clothes in the bathrooms... not even sure the house was supposed to be equipped with them. I will be booking another 1-2 weeks in 2015. thank you.

This house has very nice furniture, and makes you feel right at home. Great kitchen, with all the amenities you need. Brand new hot tub that was super clean and nice. Good location, easy access to safeway, north star and kings beach areas.
