Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! 2 couples and 3 singles stayed here. The kitchen was well outfitted with dishes and tons of spices, etc... Living room had a fair amount of sitting area- though we brought big comfy chairs in from the entry way to accommodate everyone. The house could probably benefit from a love seat or an L shaped sofa. The view was beautiful. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Bring towels! There is only one per guest, which isn't enough if you're going from the hot tub to the shower! Also, the master bedroom shares a bathroom with a bedroom that has two queen beds in it. There weren't any noise issues but it was a little annoying coordinating who was using the bathroom when since people would forget to unlock the adjoining door. Also the doors could used some WD 40 lubricant since they were pretty squeeky. The washing machine was also very loud but it's downstairs out of the way so wasn't terribly bothersome. Overall, the house was warm and inviting and was a lovely place to spend the week! Only a 5 minute walk to town, 2 minute drive to Safeway, 15 min drive to Squaw Valley.

Great air bnb. The house easily fit 9 of us, and would've been ok for 11 as well. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was nicely fitted with all the tools for cooking dinner. The location was pretty ideal, as you could walk to town. As other guests mentioned, the walk back is a bit uphill, especially after a hard day skiing, but it's nice to know it's possible to do without driving. Also, the view from the deck and the master bedroom are unparalleled. It would be nice to have an additional bathroom upstairs, but you can't win them all.

Great house with plenty of room. Great location in tahoe city. Deck views of the lake are awesome.
