Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a small family gathering in this home for Thanksgiving. It was a perfect location and the house was very nice. Because of all the windows, it got a little hot in the afternoon in several rooms. We found several unwashed dishes & utensils in the cupboards so I would recommend the next guests wash the dishes before they’re used. Otherwise, it was a great place to rent from r the holidays. The property managers were the best part of the experience! Very helpful!

You can tell the owners put much thought and love intomakung guests feel comfortable and welcomed. We wanted clean, comfortable, accomdating, and it was all that and more with very simple easy to understand instruction for easy accessibility to all ammenities

The place is huge and accommodated 12 of us nicely. Very spacious and clean and on a quiet street. The kids loved the hot tub and we star gazed at night. Great place for a big group.

The kids enjoyed the foosball and the pool table and the hot tub. Great kitchen and a beautiful deck to eat all of our meals with a view of the valley and trees. Great hikes at squaw valley and northstar had affordable lift rides and hiking. Eagle point state park and hike down to falls and kayaking on the lake to the island was wonderful rafting on the Truckee river with Truckee river raft. The management company made it very easy with their app and checked on us frequently. Owners did a great job with the house. They had plenty towels and fans but in summer we brought a few more fans if you like it colder. I would recommend this place for a great vacation
