We also loved the bathroom upgrades. The property was just right for our family (five adults, two dogs). The dogs were in heaven -- an entire forest at their disposal! When we arrived at the house we found it to be extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is a little aged but we never noticed because everything was so clean. The size of the house was perfect for all nine of us. Greatly enjoyed the incredible view of Lake Tahoe and loved sitting on the balcony listening to the wind blow through the trees and hearing the squirrels eat the pine cones. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and we were never disturbed by traffic noise. Its location provided easy access to Kings Beach and other areas of North Tahoe. It is also a short 30 minute drive to Truckee and Donner Lake. The pool table and Foosball table were in great shape and kept the boys entertained. We look forward to staying here again next year. We are considering coming back in the winter to go skiing.

Initially we had selected another property, but due to an act of God, the house we selected was unavailable. Lake Tahoe Getaways went above and beyond to find another property (even better than the one we had originally selected) and make sure that our stay was unforgettably awesome! They even left us some flowers, chocolates and a bottle of champagne for when we arrived at Kings Way. Everything was perfect and we greatly enjoyed our stay at Lake Tahoe. We would encourage anyone looking to rent a place at Lake Tahoe to book through Lake Tagoe Getaways.

We arrived in a blizzard and found the warmth and decor of this vacation home to be welcoming and calming. We came back for Christmas week, 2014, and enjoyed it just as much. The house is huge and thus the seven of us could find privacy if we wanted it. The game room and spa were much enjoyed. The kitchen is a joy to use and the living areas are spacious. The view of the lake is gorgeous. Sunrise is spectacular. Both Squaw and North Star are in easy reach as are the casinos in Nevada. We look forward to returning again and again.
