Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many years my family enjoyed summer vacations in carnelian Bay Area. We then switched to the very crowded west shore. We returned to carnelian this year and gloried in the many qualities of this area. Olive Branch rental price is a superior choice than a gated west shore community. The home itself is just as advertised. It is/was lovely with more space than a condo. My grandsons enjoyed lots of golf at magic castle and old brockway. The front and back decks offer sun or shade. Management responded immediately to a very minor issue. Patton beach is filled with dogs and their owners--- an easy walk unless loaded down with umbrellas and beach chairs. Property very clean with all amenities. Love. Loved our stay there.

Its nice to be able to get away from everyday life and find relaxation just a few hours away. The Olive Branch is great get-a-way in the perfect location close to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is absolutely amazing and everything you will need for up to 10 people! I went with a group of 8 people: 3 couples got their own bedroom and two individuals got their own bed so everything worked out perfectly. It's in Carnelian Bay, and a 5 minute walk to the lake, nice restaurant on the lake, mini golf, 7/11 store. It's also a 10 minute drive from Safeway and about 10 minute drive from a state park, where you can walk up and see a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. The house had a fenced yard so it was perfect for our dogs. (Each dog got charged $50 for their stay). This house was beautiful, well kept, and had everything. My only complaint was that the internet was not working :( But overall, we didn't need wifi because all of our phones had internet and most of us were too busy having fun to be on our phones anyways. I would highly recommend this place and location for anyone looking for a nice quiet trip in Tahoe.

It had everything that we need for a comfortable homely stay for us coming from Hawaii. We had a couple of small problem with the hot water and the jacuzzi not getting hot so I called the office and they had someone out there right away to fix it. I highly recommend this vacation house.
