Home was open and spacious, perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies to make meals. Lots of places to gather and relax. Convenient location, close to shopping and the beach. Very user friendly home and in nice clean condition with working appliances and accomodations. The only thing I think that could be improved is when we arrived the home was 90 degrees. It would have been nice if someone would have at least turned the fan/air on prior to our arrival. Other than that, A++++

Our family had a wonderful spring break getaway at Tahoe Rim Retreat. Plenty of room for adults and kids to relax after a lucky end of season snow fall skiing and snowboarding. We'd love to return!

This property is beautiful, well appointed & clean. Not far from Kings beach. Property management is very responsive. We loved it & hope to visit again soon!

We enjoyed this trilevel home with the kids bunk room on the bottom level with an attached tv/game room. It really gave them a private place to play and make noise without disturbing anyone else. The middle level has the other 3 rooms. The top level is the main entrance level and is tastefully decorated with modern amenities. There is a balcony off the living room with a BBQ. There is also a balcony off the master with a hot tub. It was clean and well stocked. We would walk down to Kings beach and get a spot on the beach early in the morning. It is close to the grocery store and shops too. My only comment that is if you have any mobility issues, this is not the house for you. We got a lot of steps up and down the stairs and it was a work out! Thanks for letting us stay and bring our dog. We all enjoyed it.

It is a great getaway place for our family reunion by Lake Tahoe. A little pricey but totally worth it, especially with the late check out offer! My boys love the Teddy Bear and bunker bed! I enjoyed the lovely reading place by the window! Great communication!! We brought our extra trash bag and coffee. It’s a great experience!

Beautiful home with lots to offer. Suggest bringing your own coffee and beach towels if possible, as there are none at the home. Overall fantastic location, best communication we’ve had with a host and really nice home.
