Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a well-appointed home with great views of Lake Tahoe. The house was immaculate and communication with the rental company was great; we will use this company for our future visits to the Tahoe area. The house is just up the hill from the Sunnyside restaurant and private beach area, though you will need to drive down the hill to get there. The house has two very large TVs with cable and Netflix. The kitchen and outdoor grill worked great, we cooked most of our meals at the house and these was plenty of flatware, glasses, plates, skillets, etc. I can’t say this enough...the price was reasonable for the quality of the home and the views were worth every penny. Also, the rental company’s mobile app was outstanding and it made check in easy; they give you a lot of information to help you plan your trip. Highly recommend!

Had a great time for my birthday in the beautiful space. The deck and hot tub were perfect and the stunning floor to ceiling windows really brought the forest to you no matter where you were. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, seasonings, and cutlary. Defintiely would recommend!
