The floor plan is excellent and provides for all activities on one floor if desired and master bedroom. Second bedroom for kids on the main floor and bathroom are well designed. We loved the back deck and hot tub. The kitchen is outstanding. Terrific space, appliances, pantry and dishes, etc. Very quiet with empty lot on one side and quiet neighbors on the other. We have rented in Tahoe Donner for 20 years and this is the best house ever. On criticism is the living room furniture which was very low and soft and difficult for older people.

Very modernized and plenty of essential kitchenwares to entertain. The jacuzzi was addicting. A nice large tv too. My entire family was very impressed and yours will be too. The process was quick, simple and painless. I would definitely rent again.

House was in great condition, everything you could need was included. Felt very secluded but still had easy access to stores nearby.

House was well maintained, and nicely decorated. The kids loved running around the big playroom, and the adults loved the huge kitchen, sofas, and hot tub. I've stayed in a LOT of Tahoe rentals, and this was the best combination of luxury and value I've seen. Will rent again.
