The siting of the home is spectacular - one of the highest in this neighborhood with mountains 360. The house is structured so every bedroom is private with plenty of bathrooms. The only mitigating factor is that some of the interior is worn out. Eg carpets, kitchen sink faucet, some of the furniture. A relatively small renewal would make it perfect. Tahoe Getaways provides wonderful service and supplies were ample.

Had a great weekend here with 8 people, nice sized cabin for our group, solid patio area.

We love this house. The kitchen was great, the dinner table big enough to accommodate all of us, and the hot tub was wonderful. You can walk to the slopes if you feel like it. I hope to return again!

Perfect location for our family, who prefers the feeling of being slightly isolated from neighbors and civilization, while still being conveniently close to town, beaches, and amenities. A short 10 min drive to the grocery store, golf course, or spa (Squaw). If you like to "get away from it all" yet still enjoy the convenience of proximity to restaurants, groceries, and beaches, this is the place for you. Easily fit our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, 3 little ones. Hot tub, pool table/game room, AMAZING deck with VIEWS, no fire out tho. All amenities you could want otherwise. No yard, but that was okay for us. Fantastic little swimming hole is a 5 min walk, great alternative for those days you want to stay close to home. Stunner views from every room. No A/C, but fans provided for all rooms in summer. Great entertaining kitchen. Carpets were thrashed upon our arrival, but it didn't bother us as we rented late summer. There was a high chair and child dishes upon arrival, nice if you have a toddler and was not in description when we rented. There are lots of stairs. Property management extremely attentive to our needs, very friendly and responsive. Washer/dryer broke while we were there, and replacement was scheduled immediately. Furniture was slightly older, but decent for a rental. Extremely clean upon arrival, but carpets very dirty/stained. Very few bath towels and no beach towels or chairs provided. Unfortunate that the washer/ dryer broke, because we were rationing towels while there. Still, this is an awesome place that won't disappoint! Only thing missing is a fire pit, but definitely not a deal breaker.
