Absolutely outstanding! Really enjoyed this house for our family vacation. Great views, great layout, great amenities.

We loved this house. I was very impressed with how clean the house was and how well the kitchen was stocked with decent quality knives, pots, pans and dishes, etc. I know it sounds silly but a lot of cabins or homes have old, crappy pots and dishes. This family has stocked the kitchen so that you can actually cook and prepare real meals for your family. I brought my own knives because we were there for Thanksgiving, but I could easily have relied on what they had on site. It is close to the lake and the views were stunning with a fresh coating of snow. I would rent this place again.

Lovely cabin with gorgeous Lake Tahoe views. We were comfortable, the house is huge and with enough beds for families with kids. The only draw back as mentioned in another review was that the upstairs bedroom is not completely enclosed (there is a partial wall on one side). Plus you share the bathroom with the kids area. Otherwise perfect getaway house.

This house is just as incredible as the amazing views. Five of us stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and had everything we could possibly need to enjoy each other's company without feeling like we were living on top of one another. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the whole house has so many small touches that really made our stay truly amazing.
The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the way in which the information and check-in details were distributed. They provide an app with all of the information, which is helpful beforehand, but it gave me some issues on my phone right before check-in (to be fair, it's probably because I'm technologically inept). Luckily someone called me and gave me the house access code while I was struggling to login, so all in all it was perfect customer service and a smooth check-in.
All in all, everything in the house worked perfectly, and I would definitely stay here again. In fact I hope to this summer!

We really enjoyed out time at Tahoe Point of View. The views from the home were spectacular so spending time on the deck were so enjoyable. The home itself was very nice and comfortable with all its features including a jacuzzi/hot tub. We also enjoyed the HOA access to the lake...very good private space there and not crowded at all. The experience was great and we will likely seek to reserve it again for future trips! (Used to stay in Tahoe Vista primarily but this one made us change locations for future as well.)

This house was great, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a well-appointed home with great views of Lake Tahoe. The house was immaculate and communication with the rental company was great; we will use this company for our future visits to the Tahoe area. The house is just up the hill from the Sunnyside restaurant and private beach area, though you will need to drive down the hill to get there. The house has two very large TVs with cable and Netflix. The kitchen and outdoor grill worked great, we cooked most of our meals at the house and these was plenty of flatware, glasses, plates, skillets, etc. I can’t say this enough...the price was reasonable for the quality of the home and the views were worth every penny. Also, the rental company’s mobile app was outstanding and it made check in easy; they give you a lot of information to help you plan your trip. Highly recommend!
