Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A couple of housekeeping issues: master bedroom sheets not washed well and appeared soiled - we left them as found with notes, soap dispenser had a long black human hair on it. Great value and nice garage. Great snow removal service but needs to be extended to include deck. Add more hooks to mud room for clothing. Good heating, we did not use wood burning stove or hot tub.

Booking and filling out the rental agreement for this Tahoe Getaways home was incredibly easy. Although we were technically only supposed to get the home at 4 PM, we were able to check in by noon. It was just as described and a perfect fit for a group of 6. Would gladly stay here again.

The deck area is great and the hot tub is large. I did find it a bit weird that the fencing around the deck didn't go all the way to the bottom, there was a gap of a few inches. The only thing I found to be a bit lacking from the description were the kitchen amenties. The HOA area was great too, although a bit crowded.

Cons: Home not updated in 15-20+ years, most importantly beds soft/squeaky, sheets/towels old, a bit odd to have flannel & denim duvets in summer time. Hot water goes cold in 1 or 2 showers if used at same time. Kitchen supplies more limited than most. Seating tight for more than 4, Six is maximum/very tight. Was easily able to reach property management at check in, about hot tub, and when we left something behind...still waiting to see if item has not been thrown out and is returned (for a fee, which is understandable, if they have to make a trip). Professional.

The view from the deck is fantastic, better than the pictures show, and has new lounge furniture that is very comfortable. It is well-stocked, easy to settle into, and in a great location. We loved the trails up the street in Paige Meadows.
