We had a wonderful family gathering at Rooney Ridge Retreat! We loved the open kitchen, dining and family room. We spent quite a bit of time sipping coffee and wine on the deck enjoying the beautiful filtered lake view. Close proximity to Tahoe City was convenient, yet still quiet. Reading the sisters' story made us smile and truly appreciate their home. We definitely plan to come back again!

This is an excellent home for the holidays, or I imagine for any time. It has a limited lake view, but is close to everything. We had our entire immediate family there and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The babies loved the Jacuzzi tub in the master suite.
