This house is perfect for big families and is a lot more nicer than the pictures show. Just wish that there were TVs in the bedrooms.

Wonderful property with everything to meet the needs of the guest from a fully equipped kitchen to games. Close to NorthStar ski resort which provides less a less congested skiing option. Would recommend the property to anyone looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life, while not being too far from stores and restaurants.

We rented the Fawn dr property for a week. We are from the Washington DC area and had family meeting us from San Francisco and Reno. We all stayed at the house - we were never on top of each other - with two balconies, a huge fully equiped kitchen, dining area, two family room areas and 4 bathrooms! We felt so at home in this house. Quiet neighborhood in the trees. Even decent peek views of the lake! Renting was so easy. The property is so well taken care of - so happy we stayed.

Really nice house! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We would stay here again.

As always this is a very comfortable home for our family. We always look forward to this vacation and the stay is never long enough. The kitchen is equipped nicely. With the exception of the one bed in the downstairs bedroom all the others are very comfortable. That one is just too firm. Our only other critique would be to provide more paper products for this size of house as we had 10 guests. Only two rolls of paper towels for a 5 night stay, no napkins and not enough toilet paper to last for the duration of the stay. Also we wanted to let you know the trash bags for the compactor are not the correct ones. These are all minor items and easily adjusted.

We had 5 couples staying at the Fawn house. EVERYONE had their own rooms with comfy beds. We skied 2 days and it was so nice to come back to a cozy home with hot tub. Our evenings were spent around the living room fireplace or downstairs some playing pool, others working on a puzzle. All the kitchen amenities were greatly appreciated. We all would book this place again if the opportunity arises winter 2020. Only negative comment is if you have a large group of adults who are coffee drinkers an insulated carafe for coffee would be great. Also, we probably should have called to let you know the hot tub chemicals were out of whack 2nd day of tubbing. We didn't stay in too long so no big deal. Overall a great stay for us! Beautiful comfortable home for a large group. I would highly recommend a stay at the Fawn House.
