The townhouse was essentially right by Palisades Tahoe (10 mins by walking or 3 mins by free on-demand shuttle operated Mountaineer). The townhome is well stocked with thoughtful amenities like laundry detergent, towels, washer/dryer, and ski racks, and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook/bake. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse for our ski trip. It’s clean, quiet, and very well located. The central heating works well, though the air can get quite dry, so a humidifier would be helpful.
The location is excellent, close enough to walk to Palisades, though we chose to drive since we were carrying ski gear for the whole family. The home is well stocked with thoughtful amenities like laundry detergent and basic cooking herbs. The bed was comfortable with warm bedding, and our little ones enjoyed the stay.
A few caveats: some towels had noticeable stains and needed to be replaced. Parking is convenient for Airbnb guests but does not allow additional parking for visitors, so having friends over isn’t really possible. Lastly, the check-in time isn’t very flexible, which can be challenging for families with young children or babies due to nap schedules.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient place with a few things to keep in mind.

Great location.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The place is as describe and so walkable to the ski at Palisade Tahoe. Very homey and cozy especially the big picturesque window. Not a lot of snow, therefore did not end up going skiing but did enjoy staying home and utilizing the very well equip kitchen and the big comfortable sofa binge watching Netflix.
Very responsive as we did have a little mishap. Management responded in less than 10 minutes and problem resolved in less 10 minutes.
Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Airbnb walking distance from Palisades mountain and village. The condo was a little hard to find (we were dropped off at night) so I definitely recommend getting more descriptive directions. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again. Tips for future guest, this is run by a property management company vs a individual host so be mindful of any changes you may make as it might cost you extra fee's.
