We had a great stay here. Communication from the management company was clear and timely throughout the process. The cabin is cozy, well laid out, and located on a quiet street.
Our kids really enjoyed the space, especially the air hockey table, and the sleds and snowball makers in the garage were a great extra.
The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry had everything we needed, and the fireplace was wonderful and easy to use with the provided remote.
We had a couple minor issues during our stay, but the team responded quickly and addressed them right away. Overall, we’d love to stay here again!

The Rustic Retreat was very clean and in good condition. It was the perfect size for 2 families of four. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the abundant towels and linens. There were even sleds in the garage for the kids to play with. We liked this home a lot and would book it again without hesitation.

House is well maintained, and was in immaculate condition. Excellent location to Donner Lake and downtown Truckee.
