We loved our stay. The house was beautiful & very clean. We walked 5minutes away to go ice skating. We walked 15 minutes to downtown Truckee and 15 minutes to the Raleys -- it's a great location. The kitchen was really well outfitted, including a food processor and large roasting pan that came in handy. I wish that the bedding wasn't synthetic, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a great stay. House was comfortable and clean. As advertised. Company was very easy to work with when we wanted to extend our stay. Location is very close to downtown Truckee, but I wouldn't say its walking distance. Our only issue is we may have been the first rental of the season and the house was sparce. No shampoo, conditioner, or bodywash, which is pretty standard. Not a speck of seasoning / salt / pepper or any cooking oil. We are frequent Airbnb renters and the houses usually have something, even if it was left by prior renters. Maybe it was the first rental of the season or maybe b/c its a property management co and they cleaned it all out.

We booked sort of last minute and Tahoe Getaways made everything a breeze. There was also a snow storm when we were there and the called to check on us which I thought was a nice touch.
