Wonderful stay! Perfect location, we will be back!

The place is perfect for a small group. We spent the week here and took advantage of the quiet neighborhood (which we appreciated), the front porch and grilled almost every night. The neighborhood is a nice place to walk. While we did not take advantage of the HOA beach, we did drive by and it looked like a fun place to relax - especially if you have kids. The place is clean and equipped for making meals. There are two bedrooms with storage options. There is one bathroom. The place is convenient to grocery stores and cute restaurants. We did see a bear while we were there. It’s not uncommon and as long as you follow best practices ( no food in the car, keeps car doors locked, and secure the trash bin), it is not a problem - respect the wildlife.
We would stay here again for sure. Especially if we had 4 or less people.

Paper towel has very limited supply and we had to buy from the nearby stores. Otherwise, clean as well maintained.

Great place and excellent location. Clean and comfortable and matched the images and description. Would definitely stay here again.
