very lovely place, great for families

Can’t beat this location. Great space in the home to accommodate our family or a larger group. Only feedback:Linens- suggest upgrading sheets and coverlets. Also one bed has some hair on the sheets.Lower bedroom- one lower room seemed to stay pretty cold despite thermostat which was hard for kids- I extended our check out until 2pm but a rep came at 11 to review the house and told me he didn’t get the message- the key to the spa and fitness center wasn’t working so I had to take it to NorthStar real estate center to reactivate for our stay- we had an unexpected visit from HOA to replace the address lightbulb which woke me up early as they needed garage access to breaker to handle-hot tub lock- recommend that get upgraded (numbers faded and harder to see in night). Also I think more ideal to have two keys for the home in front door lockbox Having said all that I’d rent it again as we had an overall wonderful stay and the location and space was awesome!

Excellent location, walking distance to the village. The property management company was very communicative and responsive to our needs.

Location can’t be beat. It’s walking distance to the village at Northstar. House was great for large group. Stairs are required to access every part of the house…including stairs from the entryway to get to the living spaces and a lot of stairs to get to the bedrooms (located one floor above and below the living space)…so it’s something to be aware of if you have anyone with limited mobility or where stairs could be an issue.

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for us and our extended family. The short walk to the village was unbeatable.
