Amazing property and location. Plenty of room for our entire family. Walkable to beach, island and tons of restaurants. Would definitely book again.

We loved the location and the property. Was incredible to watch college football! I would say the only downside was the AC situation. We were there on a VERY hot weekend, so normal OC weather days would be fine. The upstairs was consistently very hot and stuffy. I feel like for a LUXE property, central AC would be included. I would just say to read the fine print because we didn't realize how hot it was going to be upstairs. Downstairs was great and the blackout shades really helped.

Awesome place! External picture doesn’t do justice to what a nice place to stay this is. Plenty of room for myself and 3 adult children staying with me. Very relaxing and comfortable! Easily walkable to the beach! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our large family gathering! There was space for everyone to spread out and several fun extras. We had fun playing pool and hanging out on the terrace. There were so many easy and close places to walk to, including the bike rentals, the donut shop that was so much more than donuts for any quick thing we needed, and loads of restaurants nearby. The house was well supplied for just about everything we needed.

This place was epic. Loved the design of the place. The indoor/outdoor feel and the lights and pool table were great. The best part was the location only 6 minutes away from the beach.

Our family of four enjoyed our week in Newport Beach. We loved the very luxurious property which was great for a family, and an ideal location with plenty going on around to stay busy but also quiet enough to relax. We hope to visit again soon.

8 Adults had wonderful time. Most of us hadnt played pool in 15 to 20 years! and the video game machine was nostalgic! nice place, comfortable rooms. beautfiul patio setup with great views. we all really loved the place and plan to return annually.
