The house was perfect for our large family gathering! There was space for everyone to spread out and several fun extras. We had fun playing pool and hanging out on the terrace. There were so many easy and close places to walk to, including the bike rentals, the donut shop that was so much more than donuts for any quick thing we needed, and loads of restaurants nearby. The house was well supplied for just about everything we needed.

This place was epic. Loved the design of the place. The indoor/outdoor feel and the lights and pool table were great. The best part was the location only 6 minutes away from the beach.

Our family of four enjoyed our week in Newport Beach. We loved the very luxurious property which was great for a family, and an ideal location with plenty going on around to stay busy but also quiet enough to relax. We hope to visit again soon.

8 Adults had wonderful time. Most of us hadnt played pool in 15 to 20 years! and the video game machine was nostalgic! nice place, comfortable rooms. beautfiul patio setup with great views. we all really loved the place and plan to return annually.

This place was amazing!! Super clean and spacious! The kitchen had top of the line appliances and the outside patio was perfect to sit outside by the fire and enjoy the awesome location. Downstairs was awesome with the pool table. Great sound system throughout the house. Having parking was awesome and great location- walkable to a lot of great places including the bay and the beach. Would definitely stay here again- highly recommend!

This home was beautiful! Bars, restaurants, food, stores, and plenty of ocean activities were all within walking distance. Having an attached garage was a lifesaver as parking in balboa is hectic. If you want to just stay in and enjoy the home, it offered plenty to do from billiards table, to poker sets, and plenty of seating room to enjoy. The second floor balcony was a highlight as you can sit back, relax, enjoy a fireplace, and the great ocean breeze. Incredible home!
