Although we’ve stayed oceanfront at Land’s End many times this was our first villa near the pool and campground. We were apprehensive, but there wasn’t any noise or disturbances. 207 has a deep balcony with lots of furniture (it connects to the regular size balcony), and it gets no direct sun morning or evening - all pluses. The kitchen appliances could stand an update but all were functional. This unit is very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay!

We’ve stayed oceanfront on the Nature Preserve side of Land’s End several times. This was our first vacation on the opposite side and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no campground noise, and although we were near the pool it was quiet also. 207 could use some updates, particularly in the kitchen, but everything was comfortable and in good working order. The extra large balcony was an added plus that we haven’t had before in any other LE villa. All in all, our stay was excellent!
