Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great vacation! Great place to stay!

We had a very nice stay at the Grammont. We love the secluded nature of this neighborhood. The house is close to the beach and boardwalk access, as well as both pools.
The host very responsive. We had an issue with the dishwasher near the end of our stay. They were incredibly kind and responsive, brought us paper plates and cups, and replaced the dishwasher the next day (after we checked out). High marks for hospitality.

Loved our stay at this location. The house was a good size for our family and gave us plenty of space. It was located not far from the beach access and was a quick walk to the beach. Loved the layout and the decks to sit on and enjoy the view of the water. Well equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. Would definitely stay here again.

The Grammont was the perfect location for our family vacation. It was so close to the beach and the pool. The pictures didn’t do it justice. While it was about 15+ minutes to many of the restaurants and shops, we enjoyed the serenity and laid-back vibe of the area. We would definitely rent this house again if we vacation in this area again. We did wish this rental offered the $400 Activities Daily that several of the other rentals in the area offer.
