The house was the perfect size for our extended family. The boardwalk to the beach is close to the front porch which means a short walk to the beach. The manager responded quickly to fix the A/C. Lots of stairs to enter the property but not a problem for our group but may be an issue for someone who cannot climb stairs well. Overall an excellent location, clean, plenty of rooms, responsive management.

One row off of the beach was great and plenty of parking, 4 vehicles and a pontoon boat. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.
