Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The views were gorgeous, the pool was amazing, the beach access was easy, and the house was very nice. The only minor adjustment needed is a deeper clean of the kitchen - we use it a lot while we are on vacation, and the top oven in this one had so much burnt matter from previous tenants that we couldn't use it after our first heat-up on night one (made the house smell like burnt food). Since the house has a double-oven, no worries - we just used the bottom oven the rest of the trip - but it could stand a better cleaning. Other than that one detail, everything was perfect!
